2025 Summer Intern, Health IT Business Analyst (Bachelors; Remote)

ICF is seeking a Health IT Business Analyst Intern to join our teams remotely in Summer 2025.This is a full-time, 10-week internship that begins in early June 2025. Work may be done remotely from any U.S. location. We believe in collaboration, mutual respect, open communication, and opportunity for growth.What you’ll be doing:Shadow the Scrum Master, Product Owner and development teams to provide wide ranging support, such as refinement of requirementsProvide support to developers by gathering and or clarifying information and reporting requirements from product and business ownersSupport development of custom reports and data visualization productsWhat you must have:Currently completing bachelor’s degree with a graduation date after August 2025Must be US Citizen or Permanent Lawful Resident (Green Card Holder). Employment must be compliant with eligibility for Public Trust Clearance due to Government Contract, which requires US Citizenship or permanent lawful residence (Green Card)What we’d like you to have:Direct experience (such as volunteer work) with a major healthcare provider, such as a hospitalExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Slack for team collaboration and communicationHands-on experience interacting with patients and health professionalsHands-on experience with health-related forms, such as provider censusFamiliarity with the software development cycle paired with an ability to define/document business processes and software requirements for technology initiativesExperience working at or interning at a major software services companyAbility to work directly with the product/business owners and ICF subject matter experts to translate business and data needs into technical requirementsDirect experience previously shadowing a Scrum Master and/or Product OwnerDirect experience working on an Agile development team in a large-scale program (25+ FTEs)Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Slack for team collaboration and communicationWorking at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
