University -Commercial InternThe Opportunity:Are you interested in learning how to collect, process, analyze, and distill information with the intent of providing actionable, predictive threat intelligence to organizations spanning commercial industries? The type of threat intelligence is leveraged by organizations to protect themselves against prioritized threat actors causing significant impacts, such as cybercriminal and ransomware groups. As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work with threat intelligence and incident response practitioners within Booz Allen’s commercial business to analyze and gain insights from real-world incidents involving threat actor activity. You will learn to pivot off of collected incident data to find additional intelligence tied to the threat actor activity. We’re looking for someone like you to help us understand the adversary and protect organizations.On our team, you’ll contribute using your skill set to collaborate with other interns on a joint project to gain deeper insights into prioritized threat groups. Working with our threat intelligence and incident response teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience into relevant data and insights, learn to perform threat research, document your findings, and present your work to firm leaders. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
