Description :Title: Operational Excellence InternLocation: Columbus, OH (you must be located in Columbus, OH for the duration of the internship)Work Schedule: Full-Time (38.75hrs/week), Hybrid (2 days in office Tuesday & Wednesday and 3 days remote Monday, Thursday & Friday)Duration: 10 weeks (Mid-June to Mid-August)A Great Place to InternGrange provides a unique internship experience through the Grange Intern Development Program. The 10-week program is designed to expose students to the insurance industry through networking, mentoring, hands-on work experience, and community service. The interns will work day-to-day in their respective departments while also working as a group on a corporate project, which concludes with a capstone presentation to senior leaders. • You will support several key areas of our team, spanning topics such as:

• financial analysis for projects
• long-range project planning
• communication and meeting organization with project teams
• continuous improvement methodologies
• vendor management
• strategy related projects
• standard work
• change management

What You’ll Bring to the Company:

• Ability to be supportive and collaborative in an agile, fast paced environment
• Work independently and within a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong organization and analytical skills. Ability to complete multiple tasks within set deadlines.
• Software experience required (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
• Completed coursework in finance
