With approximately $3 billion in sales and 4,000 employees worldwide, we have a material presence in more than 20 countries.Position SummaryThe IT Oracle Support Intern position is an IT role that assists with support needs for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP program management office (PMO). This will include capturing, tracking and reporting on project issues and risks, project tasks and deliverables, testing plans and scripts. This role will support all activities within the detailed design phase of the project within a ticketing system and provide timely communications regarding issue status and resolution. This position will also support project policies, procedures, meetings and other documentation.Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide project support to a wide variety of business users, IT team-members and consultants within the Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) organization.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to calls regarding any queries or issues pertaining to the Oracle Fusion program.
  • Use ticketing system to open and document issues, risks, deliverables, etc.
  • Follow and comply with all standard operating procedures defined by the Program Management Office.
  • Provide a consistent user experience by adhering to internal IT process documents (SOPs) and Knowledge Articles where applicable.

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

  • IT-relevant coursework/education.
  • Basic understanding and experience with packaged software applications and operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP platforms (such as Oracle) and other cloud applications preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Audio and Video conferencing technologies (Zoom, MS Teams, or similar).
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and associated operations (Jira, ServiceNow or similar).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer-service orientation, interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

  • This will be primarily an onsite role, however some remote (hybrid) work will be acceptable based on project needs.
