• Support new website conversation to include but not limited to

• Working with directors in all departments to verifying content, page links, contact information, additions, and update.
• Gather and take local photographs to enhance page visuals
• Update Calander of Events and input scheduled events.
• Build new content pages as needed
• Build collateral elements for Emergency Department, Surgical Services, and Women’s Services

• Flyers, rack cards, provider materials,
• Digital elements for waiting room screens and café screens
• Design and implement WVMC Newsletter

• Quality/Risk
• Did you Know
• Clinical Education
• Highlight a department or two a month
• Design annual elevator marketing strategy and annual calendar

• Observance Days/Weeks/Month
• Wayfinding
• Billing and records inquiries
• Priority messaging

• Minimum Qualifications

• Between ages 18-25
• Ability to meet minimum hospital hiring standards

Essential Job Functional

• Effective communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft products preferred
• Knowledge of PC hardware and software preferred
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with experience resolving computer, printer and phone issues preferred
