Job CategoryEmerging Talent GroupStore Number or Department100024 Remote – MinnesotaJob DescriptionAs a Supply Chain Order and Customer Experience Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on the customer order fulfillment experience. We strive to have compelling shipping and store pick up options online and in stores while ensuring we meet expectations on timely and cost-effective delivery. In addition, you’ll participate in a summer series that includes our executive speaker events and personal and professional development sessions.This internship runs from June to August 2025. It’s a remote role, meaning you can work from just about anywhere in the United States. If you happen to be in driving distance to our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, we would be happy for you to join us in person, but it’s not required. This internship does not have the potential to lead to a full-time opportunity. Housing and relocation will not be provided.What you’ll do
- Analyze ship to home performance data to determine improvement opportunities.
- Support a key initiative within the fulfillment office
- Work across multiple functions in supply chain (including strategy, operation, and finance teams) to achieve success
- Present key findings and recommendations to supply chain leadership
- Learn more about supply chain and Best Buy as a company
Basic qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, with an expected graduation date between fall 2025 and spring 2028
- Must be able to commit to the internship start and end date of 6/2/2025- 8/8/2025
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (We are based in Central Time Zone, but have some flexibility in terms of start and stop times).
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred qualifications
- Pursuing a degree related to supply chain management or a related field.
- Basic experience or interest in data analysis and user (not developer) experience in data analytic tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
- Basic experience or interest in process improvement methodologies.
- Curious individuals who can work independently but can also collaborate as needed.
