The internship will provide exposure to various functions within the HR department: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Capability, and Operations. This is a great opportunity for broad exposure to various functional areas and processes within HRResponsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: provide support in direct sourcing for critical roles in North America; Actively utilize ATS to advertise, screen and schedule to move candidates along the process
  • Capability – Supporting Early in Career Programs: support and manage initiatives for Early in Career programs, including the Summer Internship Program, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for participants
  • Talent Management: review and update current job descriptions to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Onboarding: analyze and assess existing HR onboarding procedures for new hires to develop and implement an improved onboarding process * Operations: partner and collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate HR and IT teams to enhance the employee digital assistant GURU, ensuring it effectively addresses queries related to policies and procedures relative to North America team
  • Other Duties as Assigned: flexibly take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall goals and objectives of the HR department
  • Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote required)

QualificationsMinimum work experience: This is an entry-level position.Skills & attributes:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in academic or work settings, inspiring others towards common goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skill.
  • Ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with adeptness in utilizing technology.
  • Ability to learn and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment, displaying flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Efficient multitasker, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer service-oriented with a commitment to meeting goals and deadlines
  • Must be a self-starter with strong initiative
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative & innovative (out of the box thinking).
