(KUS) will learn about the automotive industry and gain exposure to KUS’ Distribution, Marketing, Fixed Operations, and Dealer Development Departments. By conducting thorough analyses of individual dealer performance and utilizing available resources, the intern will help the Southwest Region to identify and capitalize on areas of opportunity.This internship is a 10-week, full-time opportunity at KUS’ Southwest Region office in Plano, Texas from June 2, 2025 through August 8, 2025. The position is hybrid with one remote day per week.Major Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between KUS, the dealers and facility vendors (e.g., ChangeUp, Pattison, Haworth, DCI, Spectrio) to assist with communication and coordination for dealer facility construction projects.
  • Support on ad hoc projects and tasks for regional management, including District Sales Managers (DSMs)/District Parts and Service Managers (DPSMs) and analysts.
  • Become familiar with the basics of distribution, marketing, fixed operations and sales.
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor. This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed, as necessary.

Education/Certification

  • Enrollment in or graduation from a bachelor’s degree program required.

Overall Experience

  • Must be available for the full duration of the internship from June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025.

Directly Related Experience

  • Dealership experience preferred.
