We’ll help you grow professionally, find (or further) your passion, and make memorable connections that last beyond the summer.The Logistics Team is comprised of the Materials Management Center and Fulfillment Services. We are internal Corporate Services liaisons who assist other SAS teams with asset management, receiving, mail, shipping, assembly, warehousing, and fleet (vehicle) management, among others.As an intern, you might:
- Assist the mail services team in receiving, cataloging, and delivery of daily packages and correspondence.
- Drive company vehicles for deliveries.
- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and shipping of special projects.
- Assist with data entry via Excel spreadsheets, Fleet (vehicle) Management software and possibly SharePoint.
- Assist with organization ideas, implementation, and a variety of other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or previous logistical experience.
- Targeted majors: Logistics preferred.
- You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025.
- Experience with Micosoft Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to work daily on site and with a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license, with minimum of 3 consecutive years’ driving experience.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics – route running.
- Computer data entry, ability to work in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to be flexible in a work environment that may change daily.
- Physically fit as this job may require lifting and moving.
LocationThis internship will be an in person position based in Cary, NC.Internship dates:May 20 – August 8, 2025. We can be flexible on start date if your university is on a quarter system. Internships last 12 weeks in total length.Perks of the job

Hourly rates range from $15 – $31 for associate’s/bachelor’s level positions and $29 – $49/hour for master’s/Ph.D positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
