BCH’s family-centered care emphasizes a holistic approach, providing extensive support services for families so they have comprehensive care and support through their medical journey.The opportunityThe College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 9-Friday, August 8, 2025. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week.Our administrative team works behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations for both clinical and research team members in the Division of Newborn Medicine. Our administrative team members provide direct support to clinicians and principal investigators, manage large federal and private research grants, navigate the logistics of onboarding and offboarding team members, and so much more. The team members located in the Enders Research Building, where the COACH intern will work, interact more with the research branch of the division.What you’ll doThe ideal intern would be willing to jump in on projects:Routine administrative tasks such as organizing files,Serving as the front desk and face of the administrative office,Assisting with meeting preparation, to more complex technical projects such as
