CIO Service’s Technology Capability and Service Delivery team, is seeking a Digital Experience Intern who will help maintain and improve the platform that helps measure and deliver an exceptional digital experience for internal Leidos employees and will engage with our customer base to identify and implement opportunities to enhance the overall digital experience. In addition to assigned tasks, successful candidate will bring new ideas aligned to their technical background.This is an exciting opportunity to get firsthand experience with technical leadership within Leidos, and this is position is based out of Leidos Global Headquarters in Reston, VA.Primary Responsibilities:
- Review, maintain and update data feeds in the digital experience platform
- Proactive analysis of digital experience platform data to identify potential pain points and follow up with appropriate service/support teams to identify root cause and remediation
- Develop remote actions using PowerShell (Windows) and Swift (Mac) code for data collection, detection and remediation automations
- Develop adoption & communication campaigns in coordination with the OCM team to notify users of changes in service and required actions
- Engage with SLMs, support teams and user population to identify opportunities for additional Digital Experience (DEX) improvement
Basic Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate college student with expected graduation date no later than May 2027
- Understanding of current technologies in one or more of the following: database, Windows and Mac endpoints, digital experience and networking
- Familiarity with general business software and tools (Adobe Software Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working towards an undergraduate degree in information systems, cybersecurity or other related disciplines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends
- Experience working with Federal Systems Integrators
- Personal interest in and knowledge of the IT industry and the way it makes the world better
