In this role, you will assist in scheduling project calls, following up on action items, and managing communication and updates for risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions among stakeholders. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT project management and contribute to the success of our projects. There may also be an opportunity to explore other areas within the shared services group (of which project management is a part).Responsibilities:Responsible for providing regular status updates to ensure that all project activities are on track.Assist in streamlining and optimizing internal processes across various departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Support the development and implementation of shared service initiatives, including process documentation and standardization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Qualification:Must be able to pass a level 2 background checkMust be 21+ years of ageStrong organizational and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Salary will be commensurate with experience.
