You’ll help optimize campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with Google Ad Grants requirements. This is an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on nonprofit digital marketing experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management:Maintain and optimize Google Ads campaigns under the Google Ad Grants programConduct keyword research and craft effective, compliant ad copyPerformance Monitoring & Reporting:Track campaign metrics (CTR, conversions, impressions) using Google Ads & AnalyticsPrepare simple, actionable performance reportsCompliance Reliance:Learn and apply Google Grant policies to maintain eligible account statusStrategic Support:Assist in planning and scheduling digital ad strategiesCollaborate with your supervisor to align ad objectives with AmSkills programmingAdditional Marketing Support:Support email campaigns, landing page revisions, and social media as neededPreferred QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldBasic familiarity with Google Ads or Google Analytics is helpfulStrong writing skills for effective ad text developmentExcellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindsetInterest in nonprofit missions or workforce development fieldsSelf-starter with ability to work with minimal supervisionWhat You’ll LearnReal-world optimization of a Google Ad Grants accountDeveloping digital marketing strategies for nonprofitsGenerating performance insights and presenting campaign resultsUnderstanding donor and participant outreach through digital platformsApplication DetailsSend your resume and a brief statement of interest to with the subject line:
