Permit Runner/ Warehouse Assistant/ Parts Runner

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or warehouse related position(s)
• Valid and active State Driver’s License wit insurable driving record
• Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal format
• Experience looking up data on the internet
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite products, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Basic math skills to add, subtract, divide, multiply, and to convert decimals and fractions

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Oversee and Maintain the Permitting Process – this includes preparing and compiling permit packages, delivering permit applications to the appropriate City and/or County office, following up with all permit applications, collecting completed permits, and filing approved documents
• Print, scan, and copy documents daily
• Retrieve and Deliver parts and tanks to remote warehouse locations, installation locations and recycle facilities
• Load and unload vendor, supplier, company and technician vehicles
• Be a backup for monthly tank inventories and daily cycle counts
• Perform cleaning and maintenance on stock, equipment and facilities as needed
