Our internships are hybrid, blending hands-on, in-office experience with the flexibility of remote work. Expect to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to real projects that impact our users.Your role:Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements to the email building systemConduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and feedbackCollaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracyParticipate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peersHelp maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelinesStay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in UX/UICollaborate with other global team members based in India and Spain (early mornings PST as scheduled)What you bring to the role:Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university programExperience with email design or familiarity with email marketing platformsProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similarBasic knowledge of HTML and CSSThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $42,300.00 – $63,500.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
