It is essential to write a profile that highlights education, specialized experience, skills, achievements and responsibilities, in addition to the use of specialized tools and languages. Submitting the same resume to positions that have different emphases can lead to the rejection of a candidate who could work, but who does not demonstrate specialization in his profile at this early stage,” added the specialist.
