There are many aspects to consider, let’s talk a little about the most important aspects of non-verbal communication:

Facial expressions: is the most noticeable and most noticeable emotional indicator in virtual communications, where the focus is on the upper body.

Paralanguage: basically, it is how you say what you say. In the voice you can infer the emotions of a person, either in person, in a video conference or by telephone. We can evaluate in this aspect, the tone, the rhythm, the pauses or silences, the volume and the timbre which allows us to analyze aspects of the person.

Chronomic: it is the aspect of non-verbal language that has to do with the time used to express messages, if it is concrete, or takes many turns to express a response, a proposal, an idea or a situation.

At the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) says a graduate programme has been established to offer former interns and other qualified applicants “a unique opportunity to contribute to UNDP’s mandate”, HR specialist at the UNDP’s Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC) Kris Oestvang says. The intern/organisation relationship can undoubtedly be bolstered by the intern being made to feel they are part of a larger plan. At the UNDP, graduate trainees take part in a two-year assignment with one of the UN’s country, regional or headquarter offices.

Trainees are able to gain direct exposure to UNDP’s work with an onus placed on two streams: ‘programme and policy’ and ‘corporate operations.’ In the former, they “contribute to UNDP’s programmes and project activities.” The latter stream enables trainees to “contribute to management services that support effective implementation of UNDP programmes, or work in the area of organisational policies, processes, and oversight”.

Also when it is between coworkers, lets suppose that you have idea one of your workmate is going to fired or promoted and with much of joy or sorrow you let it out before it is not announced. Those people might improperly react for instance fired one begin acting like he doesn’t belong there to the extent he can damage some soft or hard tools. And promoted one apparently will be taking himself to the level and start to feel like he is over the teammates
